Good Morning Difference Maker … Here we are on a Monday moving quickly into the fall season. I ran across this relief giving article (that I wish I had written) which I want to share with you today. Several years ago my husband was diagnosed with seasonal affective disorder – SAD – which is a type of depression that occurs at the same time every year. While I enjoy the start of college and professional football coupled with the fall melancholy the turning leaves bring, he used to struggle as the days become darker. (He doesn’t any more due to Bonus Tip #8 added on to the article.) Since September is National Suicide Awareness month, I thought it was a great time to encourage you to OWN YOUR LIFE and do things differently this fall if this is something that affects you or a loved one. I hope the Tips from this article help! From my heart to yours… Remember my motto: People who feel better, do better. Your HEALTH is your WEALTH … take care of You and make it a great week!
