Who is Linda Cordes? Similar to my teaching experiences, Linda noticed early in her career that research-based professional development lacked an underlying philosophy necessary to get real results where results mattered the most. The urban students and teachers she worked with were overwhelmed by negative factors that they just couldn’t seem to shake long enough to make any significant achievement. This is what inspired her to undertake her own research that led to the development of her Positive Power Teaching Telesummit so that she can share the kind of information with caring educators everywhere which can make working with all students easier and more productive.
