Dear Difference Maker,

Because  school was so hard for me (and my parents) as a kid, I want to share with you a short video segment about Back To School Stress from ABC News to offer a few simple ideas you can be doing for your own family and/or recommend to other parents desperately in need of help with some of the symptoms that stress can bring on.

Having been a classroom teacher, VB/BB Coach, K-12 / Family Counselor, Educational Psychologist and having blended a family of three children, I know just how significant the stress of going back to school can be on our kids.
