Establish Interdependence
WHO ARE YOU? WITHOUT THE JOB, WITHOUT the family, friends or financial status…who are you and what do you bring as your contribution to society and to yourself? Once you answer these questions and practice being in touch with who you are inside out, you offer interdependence within your work and personal relationships. What you bring to family, work and play is you! Interdependence breeds success for all who participate with a knowing of who they are. Because we all need to be needed to some extent, it is necessary to be a part of a community, family or business. We weren’t meant to do it all alone. This is how you get to give and how it is intended that you receive as well. Knowing who you are allows you the freedom and desire to give as well as receive. Because you know who you are, you understand that receiving is not only a gift to the person giving, but also that you are worthy of receiving. Worthiness is necessary to all success. You will probably not find total happiness doing it all alone. Success feels like success when we share it. Sharing our success encourages others to follow. Know that your success is a gift to all who know you. You don’t have to fail to get the support you need! Wherever you are |
