At last count, I found that October has 43 ‘Awareness Month’ Campaigns going on, one of which Breast Cancer Awareness. Did you know Statistics show that …. About 1 in 8 U.S. women (about 12%) will develop invasive breast cancer over the course of her lifetime. In 2015, an estimated 231,840 new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in women in the U.S., along with 60,290 new cases of non-invasive (in situ) breast cancer. About 2,350 new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in men in 2015. A man’s lifetime risk of breast cancer is about 1 in 1,000. So what can a person do to BE as healthy as possible in this world of ours? Own Your Life: Your Health is Your 1st WealthOwning Your Life initially means to take your inherent power back. Stop giving your car keys away to others to drive your car. It’s YOUR car! Take the wheel back and drive it! Raising my family and allowing myself to be constantly driven by my business to produce, produce, produce, I put my health last and it’s been accumulative.
