I think we’d all agree that the Holiday Season is all about children and for those of us who are just little kids in big bodies now, it’s a time to revisit the child inside each and every one of us. Because it is a fun time for so many, some of us can get over energized from all of the activities. The most calming force I’ve learned to use with children (and adults) who are bouncing off the walls with excitement, is to give the gift of my undivided, emotionally available attention.
